This paper is an effort to watermark an image into other image using different levels of discrete wavelet transform approach. The watermark image can act as security to encode the original image. In this original image and watermarked images are transformed into 3 level discrete wavelet transform. Then images are hided into detailed coefficient of wavelet transform. The image quality of these images are measured in terms of mean square error and peak signal to noise ratio. Based on these experiment it is clear that three level discrete wavelet transform gives better performance.
