Abstract
|
The article has been devoted to the technological civilization that is being formed before our eyes. Unlike traditional civilizations, which are characterized by the repetition of stable forms of reproduction of the social life structures, technological civilization is constantly changing the foundations of its existence, since its main content is innovation potential. The authors use a set of methods such as functional, system analysis, mathematical (cybernetic), structural, etc. Technology is the core of technological civilization. They are seriously transforming the spheres of legal regulation, the system of law and the system of legislation, professional legal activity. The development of digital technologies has a consolidating influence on the sphere of legal regulation, which entails a serious transformation of the system of Russian law and legislation. Legal regulation of technological development will also require serious changes in the content of legal activity in the field of lawmaking, law enforcement, and law protection. The main thing in the transformation of legal activity in the context of regulating the development and application of technologies is that it should take on an increasingly creative and innovative character. Legal activity today must be based on a combination of proper professional and technological knowledge to be innovation-oriented.
