Abstract
|
Firms can enjoy competitive advantage by developing a capability to manage alliances more successfully than others. In this paper, we understand enterprise alliance, motivation for knowledge-based alliances and knowledge-based alliance capabilities. A proposed operational performance of knowledge alliances is discussed. The empirical study, investigates a sample of Taiwan textile partner firms. Using these data, we evaluate the efforts of in general management on alliance performance. Finally, an evaluated model of Taiwan textile partner firms is creation.
