Abstract |
This paper pursues to notify the floating situations changes of the whole network of an administrator immediately, to accumulate the network data, to enhance the efficiency of the future network operation and to develop the system which prevents the abnormal situations. The traffic information of Admin Node collected via SNMP agent is gathered in Admin server and provided to the administrator in more convenient and easy-to-see via web browsers. With long-term data accumulated, it’s possible to forecast when the network traffic rapidly increases and read the average bandwidth use of certain network sections. So in case of the network resources lacked, it’s possible to deal with the situation such as to install additional network equipment or to add the extra circuits. |
